THE THANG: PAX rolled dice and to determine location and exercise. 1). 1/2 post behind lacrosse fiend, 50 SSH, 2). pickleball count, 50 step ups, 3). big American flag, 50 no surrender squats, 4). football field, up/down stands w/ merkins at top, 5). The Buzz, 50 BBS, 6). crosswalk stairs, wheelbarrows. Finished off with more running and all hit 3 miles.
