Quick mosey up to the top of the hill. Had a brief intro with and FNG, but he is a 2.0, so didn’t go too in depth. SSH, weedpickers, Copperhead merkins, Copperhead squats, Michael Phelps, and sun gods got us warmed up.
The Thang was pretty simple. Jog down to the bottom to the police station. Then worked our way back up the hill while stopping at 5 stations along the way for exercises in counts of 50-40-30-20-10. Did two rounds of this, first was legs, seconds was abs with varying exercises of each. After this we moneyed back to the station and the pavilion and everyone grabbed a coupon. We worked mostly arms with set if curls, Triceps extensions, chest presses. Also mixed in some incline merkins, dips. Ended with some squats and step ups mixed in with a couple pull ups. Pretty hodge podge, but worked out nicely. We all stuck together and got in just over 2.1 miles.
Got a nice story and name for Happy Ending’s 2.0 – Casper. Prayers of gratitude for the opportunity to come out lead and get stronger. Prayers for safe travels with vacations and spring break coming up.
