Weather was a bit chilly, but still another great day to be alive! Praise the Lord!

We started with a little mosey around the tennis court, did some warm-up exercises, including SSH, weed-pickers, copperhead merkins, Michael Phelps, etc.
The Thang
Starting with 1, we did some exercise related to that number and went up to 20. YHC had odd numbers and P-body had evens. Then, we went back down to 1. Exercises included (but were not limited to) a jog up the big hill, a 40-second low plank, 9 incline merkins, 10 decline merkins, a couple of trips down the slide, and plenty of American Hammers.
