WARMUP: Mosey around the parking lot awaiting for any other PAX to arrive (i.e. Duggar) but no such luck. Comemced with a normal warmup only to be greeted by a construction worker and a role of yellow “do not cross” tape. He didn’t boot us out of the parking lot so we continued on.
THE THANG: We worked our way up and down a Christmas Tree with a lap after every exercise.
