Kindred spirits that we are, YHC and Nesquick combined our considerable powers to pull off a joint-remote-Black Ops on Memorial Day. YHC handled the Country Murph (country mile on gravel road-100 dips-200 murkins-300 squats-county mile on a dusty road) from a remote locale in Blue Ridge. We EH’d a new recruit (soon to join F3 Alpha) and Double Bounce (a brother from F3 Classic City) and YHC dubbed him Power Pole. We ran with some of the cutest puppies on the mountain and the hills were miserable.

Meanwhile, repping the City folk, Nesquick pushed himself and a 2.0 through Gawd knows what at a Woodstock Gym. It was an epic effort and Nessie’s beautifully quaffed hair was left standing at the end.

He sweated and was miserable. We sweated and were miserable. Other F3 brethren were present. If that’s not a Black Ops scenario, I don’t know what is.
