The wife asked me the night before that if no one showed would I still workout. I said absolutely. And she looked at me funny and said something about us being very different. But fortunately it did not come to that and Dr Tron and Blue Cheese rolled in.

We moseyed, we ran stairs, warmed up with cherry pickers, Christmas light detangling (wind meal) and ornament hanging (jumping jacks). Grabbed some coupons, rifle carry with  stops to do some burpees. Once we reached the playground we did 5, 10, 15, 10 of pull-ups, dips, and thrusters. Jogged over to the electrical box between each set. Next round we did murder bunnies around a Christmas mushroom in cadence on “murder” … 1 … “murder” … 2 ….

plus some chest presses and curls.
