WARMUP: Mosey around the parking lot and back to the flag. Standard warm-o-rama. Gandhi called a couple exercises to shake off some rust since his pre-pandemic VQ.
THE THANG: Threw on a playlist all about boats (cause Im sick of winter) and grabbed blocks for three rounds of exercises. Amrap 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds:
– Curls
– LBC
– Goblet Squat
– Flutter Kick
– KB Swing
– BBSU
– Skull Crusher
– Lunge
-Plank
Then positioned our blocks on the sideway 90 degrees to stadium entrance. Do 20 prison pulls, run to block and advance it with lunges two sidewalk spaces. Repeat sequence to keep advancing block.
