Mosey to coupon stack, grab a coupon and back to the flag
Starting at the flag…20 merkins + 20 shoulder presses + 20 curls then…run one full lap, stopping at each turn to preform 10 Big Boys.Repeat exercises once back at flag and run 2 laps next round…then 3 laps…etc…We made it to lap 3 on round 4, finishing with 10 Big Boys at flag, returning coupons. We made one final semi-lap to round out the 5k (3.2 exactly!!!)
