Fire Hydrant Flush

YHC hasn’t Q’ed in forever and figured what better way to Q, then to include the annual fire hydrant flush. The route was slightly modified from last year. The route was in reverse direction, up a nice long hill but still includes a bunch of fire hydrants and covers 3.1 miles.

The goal is pretty simple.

Run to each fire hydrant (30 in total) and perform

(5) Burpees per hydrant

(5) shoulder taps per hydrant

Of course Modify if needed…

Due to time we were able to complete (26) fire hydrants and limited the burpees to only shoulders taps,  but covered 3.0 miles.
