10 Copperhead Merkins
10 Copperhead squats
THE THANG:
We got in a plank and I would ask a trivia question alternating through the 4 categories of math, science, literature, and geography. For every answer that was given, correct or incorrect, we would add 5 reps of merkins to do. Once the answer was guessed correctly, we would move on the the next category, this time holding an air chair and doing squats.
We repeated this for two rounds until it was time for gym class. we would take a long lap around the tennis courts then another special workout. After, we continued this until time.
MARY:
With 30 seconds remaining we held an American scissor split until time.

Blarney shared as six-man then we both raised up prayers for wisdom and guidance as young men heading into new areas of life.
Unsatisfied with the amount of pull ups we had done during the workout, which was 0, we decided to do some while having a riveting conversation on the concept of communism. I suppose that trivia got us in a thinking mood.
