Wasn’t sure if we’d have anybody today, but really glad Cocktail showed up, so I wouldn’t have to do a sucky solo workout.  LOL


WOR:

Mosey up the hill to the back parking lot and then do following exercises:

  • SSH
  • Weed pickers/Grass grabbers
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Hillbilly Walkers
  • Copperhead squats
  • Sun gods OYO
  • Michael Phelps OYO

Then, grab a coupon and mosey down to bottom of the hill by softball field.

 

THE THANG:

Exercises:

At lampposts:

  • 20 merkins
  • 20 LBCs

At bottom:

  • 50 curls with coupon
  • 50 overhead claps

Modes of Transportation:

  1. Inchworm merkins
  2. Crab walk
  3. Bear crawl
  4. Lunges
  5. Bernie Sanders

Start by doing 1st mode of transportation to 1st lamp, then “lamp” exercises, both facing downhill (so decline merkins).  Jog back down to start and do “bottom” exercises.

Then, do 2nd mode of transportation to 2nd lamp, this time both facing uphill.  Jog back down to start and do “bottom” exercises.

Continue with each next mode of transportation going further up the hill each time and jogging back down to do bottom exercises.

Curls with coupons got especially “wearisome” after 2-3 rounds, but we stuck it out to maximize those guns. LOL

If time permits, start over again, but this time, jog up the hill and do mode of transportation back down to bottom.

Mosey back with coupon (and whiteboard) to return it to its “secret” location and then back to flag.
