WARMUP: Misty and I had Kodiak to ourselves due to Fall Break so we took the opportunity to go into the stadium. Warmup on track with SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, and Sun Gods.
THE THANG: Started with a tabata routine. 8 rounds of each exercise. 20 seconds AMRAP and 10 seconds rest. 1 min rest between each exercise. Did squats, merkins, and BBSU.
Ran a lap and headed to truck. Grabbed blocks and headed to front of school. Completed a routine with the blocks which included Curls, Bent Over Rows, and Skull Crushers. 35 sec AMRAP with 10 sec rest. Got through 3 rounds.
Did some dips, step ups, Crunchy Frogs and Box Cutters, and American Hammers before heading back to flag.
