There was a cool drizzle as the PAX rolled up and geared up for the beat down. It all began with a light jog around Lassiter HS. Up and down a flight of stairs, side straddle hops, bear crawl stairs, jog to get the coupons.
With the coupons between the HS and the tennis court we performed a series of 4 exercises.
15 curls while squatting agains the wall
15 donkey kicks
15 rows using the stair railing
after 3 sets we returned the coupons and endured a round of bat wings, replacing the overhead claps with air presses.
back at the flag we did merkins, diamond merkins, LBCs, frogs, and J lows.
