Additional weekday running (Thursday) worked so well for the shield lock………… we don’t wanna stop for fear we may slow down.

Ran right on main, rigth up Haney to back way in   Woodstock knoll down the big hill thank you Jesus. Back up long ass hill on ridgewalk to round about by the outlets then took rope mill back to Canyons, one loop around canyons to get 5 miles in.

Narco’s step keeps getting better – consistent, steady and fast enough to win the race.

Doddy has become a hill slayer, and is fast now;  sucks up less air than before.

YHC is really fast for like………. one mile and downhills.
