WARMUP: We ran over the the MS and did a few.stretchy exercises
THE THANG: We knocked out suicides with the islands and did different exercises (with increasing reps) with each interval.
rnd 1 – 10 Squats at the start location and 10/20/30 merkins at the various islands
rnd 2 – dips with Big Boys 10/20/30/20/10 ( the last 2 sets were working back in to the start
rnd 3 – 10 plank step-ups w/ Squat jumps (10/20/30/20/10)
rnd 4- toe touch merkins w/ curb toe taps (20/40/60/40/20)
After the 4th round we partnered up and started working on a Dora until we had about 3 minutes at which pint we ran back to the flag.
