WARMUP:
Quick Ruck around the Amphitheater

THE THANG:
1. ROLL CALL & MISSION BRIEF (0500–0510)
• PAX gathered at the shovel flag at Northside Amphitheater.
• Mission: Stone Soup Beatdown—they brought nothing, so the Q brought the fire.
• Each man issued a Battle Rod (iron bar w/ bolt).
• Rules:
• Rods must not touch the ground unless commanded.
• Drops = 10 burpees.
• You carry your weight, or you carry the penalty.

2. MOVEMENT 1 – “March of the Misery” (0510–0530)
• Rucked ~1.0 mile from Northside Amphitheater to Woodstock City Church.
• Carry style rotated every 2–3 mins: suitcase, OH, bolt-up hold.
• Time Hack: 20 mins, pace: ~20:00/mile under load.
• No rods dropped. No PAX left behind.

3. GRINDER 1 – “LEGEND OR LETDOWN” (0530–0542)
* Location: Woodstock City Church
* Format: 12-minute EMOM
* Objective: Don’t drop the rod—earn your rest.

– Each minute on the minute:
• 5 Front Raises
• 5 Goblet Squats (holding rod upright like a cursed chalice)
• 5 Lunges (switch rod orientation each rep)

4. MOVEMENT 2 – “The Second Course” (0542–0555)
• Rucked ~0.6 miles to Woodstock Elementary School.
• Quickened pace: 15:00/mile
• Indian ruck to keep pace high
• Drops = 10 burpees on arrival.

5. FINAL EVOLUTION – “ROD TO RUIN” (0555–0605)
* Location: Woodstock Elementary School
* Time Hack: 10 minutes
* Objective: Full-body failure under asymmetric weight
