It was raining. And the rain was really wet this morning. But PianoMan, Paper Jam and I didn’t care.
We did a warm up consisting of SSHs, WeedPickers, Copperhead Squats, and Tumbleweeds.
This was followed by a brutal round of 10 to 1 merkins.
The Thang was rounds of 25 Burpees, Overhead Claps, Merkins, BBSs, and Squats. Followed by a speed lap around the tennis courts. We got through 3 rounds before doing Mary to finish things out.
I still can’t feel my shoulders.
