BRICKER ALERT! Each PAX grabs a pair of bricks to mosey to side field.

With bricks. Sprint run 100yd across field for set of 3 exercises. Then sprint back for next set of 3. Back again until time.

Set 1: All IC:  Berkins with lift. BBSUs with bricks on chest. Suzanne Somers with brick on leg.

Set 2: All IC: tricep kickbacks with Bricks, V sit ups with Brick, Sumo Squat with leg lift with Bricks.

Set 3: All IC: Dodo Bird (front and lateral shoulder raise with Bricks in air chair position), Crunchy Frogs with Bricks, Lunges with Shoulder press with Brick.

Set 4: concentrated Bicep Curls in Air Chair position (Elbows on Knees), Mermaid crunches, 1 minute monkey humpers.

Goose run around AO with Bricks back to Flag. 1 minute plank, 1 minute shoulder taps, 1 minute flutter kicks.

End with COT. Prayers for mercy and good test scores.
