We started our day at 21 Days of Prayer at our church and then moseyed over to the gym.
Warm-o-rama: we worked through the usual suspects.
The Thang:
Bench Press, Inclined Bench Press, Dumbbell Flies (named after the guy using them :-)).
Tricep Extensions, Tricep Pull Downs, and then more triceps.
We ended in a line of trust with just the two of us. It was an awesome morning of pumping iron and getting stronger!
