THE THANG: 11s with squats at the bottom star jump at the top but the repeat was the squat and the hill, not the star jump. We started on the grass hill but it was frozen and slicker n Duggar-snot so Q audibled to the back stairs. 55+ stairs and 55+ squats with 10 star jumps and 2 miles.
