Low numbers at the Rock, just the site Qs today.

We moseyed to the football field, Warm-o-Rama halfway there.

We did 11s, with Merkins and Big Boys.  After merkins, we ran all the way up the bleachers and then to the opposite end zone.  On the way back, straight run.

We didn’t complete all 11.  Mosey back to the flag with a few breaks for more Merkins and Big Boys.  Ended with 3 minutes of Mary.

2.25 miles of moving distance plus the stairs had YHC puffing today.  Time to ramp the running/cardio back up after the holidays and my recent bout of Covid.
