WARMUP: ran to the hill, then some usuals
THE THANG:

– Line up side by side
– Hold position – alternated plank, air chair, six inches
– First pax does the buy in (1st round- 10 merkins, second- 10 flutter kicks)
– runs to the end of the line and goes up the hill (1st run- bear crawl, 2nd- Bernie up the hill)
– next pax repeats until you get to the end of the hill… which was way longer than expected

MARY: ran back, then hit a lightning round of exercises till time
