When I arrived at the site, P-Body was there (as usual), but he had been up late and was tired, and nobody else showed up, so he politely excused himself to go back home and get some rest.  Nevertheless, I was prepared for a ruck, albeit a jimmy-rigged (with a 25 lb plate in my son’s old backup) one, and wasn’t about to let myself off that easy.

As P-Body was pondering his departure, I was plotting my ruck course — seemed like a good morning for “The Big 3” — the big 3 hills in our neighborhood, that is.  So, at 5:35, I headed out…

Hill 1: 3-way stop by park up River Green Ave. toward entrace to top
Hill 2:  bottom of Rock Creek Lane (Leesbury Arms section) to top
Hill 3: roundabout up River Green Ave. toward Heritage Club clubhouse to 3-way stop

Back to “flag” (or location where flag would normally be, by tennis courts) right around 6:15.

Ended with 50 incline merkins (with ruck) and DOT (dot of trust).
