WARMUP: short mosey with sandbag to the water park- standard warm up with some extended merkin work.
THE THANG: with the 40 and 60 sandbag we did a Bataan death march- working on teamwork, transitions and strength.

At the performing arts center we did tempo runs around the theater- wall sits- and derkins for rest- bear crawls and parking spaces- and ninja runs.
