WARMUP: Long mosey around the flag, picked up a couple of sandbags, then a few IC exercises behind the poop shack

THE THANG: We did a Cooper style workout with a sandbag.  We went 10 – 1 with Deadlifts, curls, and press.  After each set of exercises we took a lap around the poop loop.

Next we went to the play ground and did 5 rounds of: 5 sandbag over the shoulders, 5 pull-ups, and 5 (kodiak count) sandbag step ups.  Once FMB and I crushed the workout we still had a few minutes so we redeposited the sandbags into the back of my truck and took a long stroll through the parking lot making it back to my little FUBAR shovel with about 30 seconds left
