THE THANG:
-Ran the main loop at Veterans, stopping at each mile marker to do 20 big boys
-4 Laps: Ran the inner loop (8 shaped) around and through the center of the playground area, each lap through we knocked out 8 pull-ups, 16 merkins and 24 squats
-finished the big loop around veterans
-4 miles logged
