Mosey to backlot for COVID-19 Testing
19 reps of each with 2 minute run between each
C. Chinook Squats
O. Outlaws in both directions
V. V-ups
I. Imperial Squat Walkers
D. Double Shot of Jackie

After last 2 minute run repeat all reps without the run in between.
Once finished we threw down 22 merkins each and mosey back to Flag for 1 minute low plank and 45 seconds of SSH.
End with COT and Coffee!
