The beatdown was simple you and your partner got to pick what set of exercises you were going to do (arms, legs, or core) while one person was doing the exercise the other was SUPPOSED TO duck walk, but immediately roscoe p. decided to modify to lunges so everyone else thought that sounded just peachy.
