Gathered by the flag with Doubtfire and Alcoa. Began our mosey around the rock and back to Floppy’s final resting place. Saw CSD coming in hot. He joined us at Floppy’s final resting place where we did:
- 10 Windmills
- 10 Weed Pickers
- 10 Forward Sun Gods IN CADENCE
- 10 Reverse Sun Gods IN CADENCE
Moseyed to Bus Lane #1 on the other side of the school. On the way Duggar realized that he had left the music playing devices in his car. After explaining the exercise, he ran back to the car to retrieve said devices and then rejoined the exercise.
Bus Lane 1: Always do 3 burpees, or as Duggar likes to say “just 3 burpees”.
Travel to the furthest bus lane that you have not visited yet. If that bus lane’s number is ODD do Jump Squats, as many reps as the bus lane number. Even bus lane’s numbers require hand release merkins.
Peform the exercise and travel back to Bus Lane 1 where you will do “just 3 burpees”.
As time was close to expiring we joined up at lane 16 for 16 merkins, then one final trek to bus lane 1 for “just 3 burpees” before moseying all the way back to the flag.
Enough time for a set of reverse crunches, box cutters, and crunchy frogs.
Carmen San Diego shared that he will be having 6 weeks of procedures on his legs starting on 9/6 with 2 weeks of recovery afterwards, so a total of 8 weeks on the “Limited Participation List”. Prayers for skilled medical practitioners and swift recovery.
Doubtfire share that he has 1 more boy to deliver to college tomorrow. Prayers for peace, and safety.

It was GREAT to see Alcoa back again after Pitchfork wrecked Alcoa’s quad. Music choices were a bit odd. “Don’t Dream It’s Over” is a terrible workout, save for the encouraging beatdown message it provides. Jump squats with a bad quad was also probably not a good strategy. The 4 of us are sweaty beasts anyway but the extra humidity made our sweat output just absurd.
All in all it was a very simple but very difficult workout. Glad to see you guys!
