WARMUP: SSH WEED PICKERS MICHAEL PHELPS, SUN GODS
THE THANG: Q started working allowing each PAX to chose a 10 count exercise then Bear Crawl to station and Bernie Sanders back to Startex. Rinse and repeat increasing by 5. After a few rounds Q had PAX mosey over to some stairs. There Q began with a 10 count exercise and instructed PAX to Bernie Sanders up the stairs run to head back down the stairs deal out some punishment and back to where PAX started for some stair work Q handed the next exercise to a PAX to deal out the pain. PAX repeated the process of going up stairs etc. After a full rotation Q had the PAX do 25 Imperial Walkers followed by 25 Copper Head Squats before heading back to flag for some Mary.
