INTRO:

 

YHC was struggling with what to do this morning for the 0.0 at B0.0MTown and was also concerned with what the numbers would look like especially with so many people out of town due to the break.  But just like it always does, the plan came together at the right time, and this is how it went down:

WARM-O-RAMA:

 

After running over (limited running, not 0 running, at least until they make a rock pile closer to where I plan to do workouts) to the rock pile.  Circle up and, after a short disclaimer, IC SSH, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.

THE THANG:

 

Grab a rock and head to the hill by the bathrooms, yep allll the way back over where we started.  With the rock we did 21’s (starting in the middle with 10 squats at the bottom and 11 sit-ups at the top both exercises with the rock).  We decreased the sit-ups as we increased the squats. Back and forth on the hill we walked with the rock raised over head. To increase the suck, every 5 minutes we stopped, no matter where we were, and did 10 merkins.  Eventually all Pax finished and we headed to the playground for some tabata. We broke into 3 pairs and did full tabata of swerkin, curls (with the rocks), and step ups. After a full 8 round tabata of an exercise we rotated through.  Once everyone completed all three exercises it was time (or past time because…math, and telling time is hard) so we redeposited the rocks and head to the flag to circle up.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Bradley Butts – was named (Butt ) Trumpet, because we are all 8 year old boys at heart that like fart jokes

Scott Shelton – was named Chong, because he explained to us that he likes to smoke.  He ended his sentence there with a few stares from the circle, then continued to tell us he smokes meats, but it was too late and we had all the info we needed.  He also has the unfortunate distinction of living near Manning, poor Chong.

Alcoa asked for prayers for the Walk and Roll for Ataxia that he was taking part in today to raise money for his cousin

 

Prayers for Lawdogs uncle who was in a wreck this past week.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

 

Great B0.0MTown day!  Had 2 FNGs, 2 guys that were not down for a lot of running so we made for a great option, and Alcoa who was already going to be logging a lot of miles between the pre-ruck and the Walk and Roll event later that day.  Also not Bacteria/Disinfectant concerns from the football field (its a bad situation down there).

Cobains for not ending on time, I will be better.
