Started with a mosey to the front entrance thinking we had a lost FNG, hopes turned to disappointment when we figured out it was the chicken lady.
Returned to parking lot for some warm-o-rama. Various stretches and SSHs. Everyone was excited to see Boy-R-Dee come in on two wheels as we finished up.
Mosey back to the turf field for the thang.
Bear Crawl the field, stopping every 10 yards for an exercise, cumulative up to the 50 and the back down.
10 – Merkins
20 – J Los
30 – Hammers
40 – Squats
50 – LBCs
At the other end of the field, go back with walking lunges instead of bear crawls, stopping for burpees every 10 yards. Starting with 1 at the 10 and adding one every 10 yards to finish with 11 at the opposite goal line.
When the clock hit 6:10, mosey back to the flag, hit time when we got back.
