The Thang – Mosey to football field. Bear Crawl 10 yard line 1 burpee, continue adding 1 burpee each 10 yards, finishing with 10 burpees at the following goal line. Yukon proudly announced that he calculated that as 55 total burpees.
Walking lunges back to the starting point.
Mosey to courtyards, 11s on the low wall, dips and derkins.
