Mosey to the rocks to pick up a coupon then over to track around the memorial to do a little Warm-up of SSH and Weed Pickers. Luckily all 3 of us did the pre-Ruck so we didn’t need much to get warm today.
We did 100’s with rock press and dips. The same principle as 11’s but adding up to 100 and the reps increase/decrease by 10 each round. After each round, we did a quick lap around the monument to give the arms a breather.
Once that awfulness was over we did 11’s with rock curls and squats (no run this time), then we re-deposited our rocks and ran back to the flag for 1 exercise of Mary from each of us then time was up.
It wasn’t fancy, but it was effective and the arms were pretty useless for the rest of the day.
