We did blimps from the exicon. Each round consisted of 5 burpees, 10 lunges each leg, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, and 30 squats. The next element was the method travel to the end of the FD grass. each time we did something different. The first was bear crawls, the second was broad jumps, the third was carioca, the fourth was a mario run, the fifth was Bernie Sanders, and the sixth round was a duck walk. When we reached the end of the grassy area, we took a lap around the FD loop to finish out each round.
