W.A.S.H. PAX split into teams and QIC flew solo since we had an odd number. 100 Wide Arm Hand Release Merkins, 125 American Hammers, 150 Step ups (single count), 175 Heels to Heaven. Partner 1 performed exercises while partner 2 performed coupon work ranging from Cousak, Skull Crushers, Curls and Chest presses. Dropped off coupons where we found them.
The Thang part 2:
PAX Mosey to tennis courts for a round of 4 corners in escalator fashion. Corner 1 25 LBCs. Corner 2 25 LBCs and 25 Squats. Corner 3 25 LBCs, 25 Squats and 25 Flutter Kicks. Corner 4 25 LBCs, 25 Squats, 25, Flutter Kicks and Lunges across tennis courts.
