Partner up. Partner 1 runs #1 softball field perimeter while partner 2 planks. Then partner 2 does their lap while partner 1 exercises.
#2: same as above with BBS.
#3: same as above but with SSH.
#4: same as above with burpees.
Moved to the parking lot for Dora. Bear crawls, lunges, duck walks, and crab walks were the modes of transportation down and back in the parking lot. Hand release release merkins (75), American hammers (150), and squats (225) were the exercises.
