Beatdown composed from my physical therapy exercises….
Warm Up: grab a cinder block and Zamperini it over to the grassy field by the tennis courts and plank it up while I tie therapy bands around Dory and my ankles.
Part A: partner up.
- partner A: grab 2 cinder blocks and farmer carry to the back street and back twice and then Bunny Murder down Murder Bunny back twice.
- partner B: with the therapy bands around ankles low side step to the mid parking line and back / monster walk to the line and back then repeat both.
Part B: 3 rounds of 10 man makers with cinder block + 10 BBSU. Once completed then high skip to my Lou and back
Part C: 3 rounds of 10 cinder block curls + 10 Supermans. Once completed then Bear Crawl and Crawl Bear back.
We mixed in plenty of Mary to keep us busy with Flutter Kicks, Box Cutters, Reverse Box Cutters, American Sledge Hammers plus more.
