The Thang:

4 corners: run to corner 1, 25 Bonnie Blair’s, bear crawl to corner 2, 25 SSH, run to corner 3, 25 BBS, bear crawl to 4, 25 merkins.  Rinse, repeat until 3 circuits. Switched from SSH to plank jacks for rounds 2 and 3. Switched bear crawls for crawl bears round 3.

mosey to stairs, 5 sets up and down stairs, mosey to flag. Drill instructors, then Mary.
