WARMUP:
6 for a spicy pre ruck led by CSPAN, with 2 runners

THE THANG:
Mosey to the playground, followed by a nice long cocaine bear crawl.

The PAX then were tasked with a simple set of 11s- burpees and 2x Bonnie Blair’s.

The PAX liked the first set of 11s so much we had to do another one- dealers choice merkins and star jumps.

We then did an official warm up circle which included weed pickers and a few side straddle hops, etc.

After an Indian run back home, we got some gooooood stretching in for the last 15ish mins. Some brought yogurt mats which ended up being the right call. Dolly and PuttPutt almost got caught playing tummy sticks on their shared pink mat.
