WARMUP: Moseyed around the parking lot surveying for ice. Squared up for normal warm-o-rama.
THE THANG: #1) Starting at the back side of the parking lot, ran suicides to each line advancing toward street. Each time at the starting point drop and add +1 merkins. #2) Using new sidewalk next to building we got in 3 rounds of sidewalk pain. BBSU x20 at one end and Squat x20 at the other. Mode of travel included L & R karaoke, lunge, bear crawl / duck walk split. #3) Just enough time to fit in 3 rounds of prison pulls x10 and incline pull up x10.
