WARMUP: mosey, ssh, ch squat, ch merkin, a few Moroccan night clubs, wp, tumbleweed

THE THANG: the PAX moseyed to the bottom of the hill for a few rounds of excitement.

First, the PAX ran to the top for 2 Irkins and 2 dirkins, then back to the bottom for 10 deep squats. Then back up to the first light post for 4 Irkins and 4 dirkins, then to the bottom for 10 more squats. The pattern was repeated to each light post until 12 Irkins and 12 dirkins were completed, with the finish of 10 more squats. This was enjoyable

Second, the PAX ran a suicide ladder from the top and back, then the first light and back, second light and back, etc. Without stopping, the suicides continued back up the ladder. More enjoyment was had by all.

Finally, three trips were completed to the top of the hill: Bernie Sanders, bear crawl, and dealer’s choice MOT. By this time the enjoyment could hardly be contained.
