We were shooting for double digits today, started the mosey with 7 , around the AO back to front parking lot.  SSH, Weedpickers, Arm Circles.  As we were wrapping up 3 additional PAX walked through the gloom to round us out at 10.

The thang.

Started with a partner exercise around the front parking lot.  One PAX would Bear Crawl while the partner PAX ran the circle.  When partner catches PAX doing Bear Crawl, both do 5 burpees and switch roles.  Continue until the lap is complete.  This was much more complicated than anticipated.

Mosey to lower field for four corners.

1 – JLo, 2 – LBCs, 3 – Shoulder Taps, 4 – American Hammers, cumulative, up and down.

Mosey back to the flag for Mary until time.
