WARMUP: Mosey to the Circle of Light then SSH Merkins Wheedpickers Goodmornings and Stretchy Things
THE THANG: Frisbee chase with a deck and exercises by suit and number. Once we made it to the opposite end zone run a lap then race the length of the field. We then peppered over the net on the sidewalk and if the ball hit the ground, we took a lap. Mosey back to the flag.
