WARMUP: extended ish mosey, followed by windmills, WP, super slow squats, super slow merkins, and a yet-to-be-named exercise similar to a reverse Roman chair
THE THANG: the PAX split into two teams, and each team performed a total of 150 merkins, 150 squats, and 100 burpees
After this each PAX performed a set of 20 calf raises because YHC needs help with them, 20 lunges, 20 sumo squats to help the ole’ glutes, followed by a short shakeout jog and back. Each set the reps were decreased by 2 (20,18,16…) until time
