4 corners. Run to corner 1, 10 plank destroyers. Burpee/broad jump to corner 2, 20 squats. Run to corner 3, 30 LBCs, burpee/broad jump to corner 4, 40 mountain climbers. Rinse and repeat.
Modified the burpee/broad jump to add some lunges in-between burpees.
The hill – big daddy caddy. 11’s. Can-opener crunches up top and merkins at the bottom. Bear crawl up, jog down.
