After safely carrying the family jewels over the fence, we moseyed around the track for a lap, then did the Warm-o-Rama before getting our briefing. Everyone was encouraged to have an open mind about the workout and they did.

Combat Carl (army crawl) 50 yards, bear crawl 50 yards, reverse lunge 50 yards, crab walk 50 yards
Fireman carry partner 50 yards, backward run 50 yards, forward sprint 50 yards
We did this two times
Run up and down the bleachers x1, then do 5 merkins and 5 dips on bench
Run up and down the bleachers x2, then do 5 merkins and 5 dips on bench
Run up and down the bleachers x3, then do 5 merkins and 5 dips on bench
Run up and down the bleachers x4, then do 5 merkins and 5 dips on bench
Grow closer to God so we can be better husbands, fathers, and leaders.
