Warmorama: After a 1/4 mile mosey we warmed up by the flag. 12SSH IC, 12 IW IC, 10 Copperhead Squats IC, 8 WP IC, Sun gods OYO, and Michael Phelps OYO.
The Thang: 2 sets of 11s. First set involved squats w/ a coupon at one end, coupon curls at the other, and coupon weighted lunges traveling in between. After completing the first set and a short mosey we performed a second set that involved step ups at one end and lat pulls on the other. Our second set of 11s was interrupted by a flyover, at which point we knocked out 15 burpees. We moseyed back to the flag for some Mary. We ended in a COT and enjoyed some coffee compliments of Blowfish.
