WARMUP: ssh, wp, copper head squats
THE THANG: 12 days of xmas reps. Start at Gazebo, then ruck to corner, then next corner until you make it all around and back to gazebo. We start with 12 rep, 11,10,9 etc.. Then we rucked for another 25 minutes, ended back at Gazebo at 630am
