Intro:

Truly thought the numbers were gonna be low today with Asylum launch and the temps dropping, but wanted to bring in some heart pumping steady work. Surprised when 8 showed for the run. We need to get some company for HASBRO…. wonder what his trail convo must be like – is he kinda rough? Putting it out there for discussion for those who have gone out with him… Pana seems to like him though…

Warm-o-Rama:

8 men and 2 canines headed off to the field at the top of the easement circling up for well needed warm up of 20 SSH, 10 Copperhead Squats and 10 Merkins along with some stretching.

The Thang:

From there at a good clip we headed down the power to the creek and into the woods. From there we keep the tickers ticking as we transitioned thru the pull-up areas 4 times taking alternate routes. While at the stations we performed 2 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins (added 15 switch lunges total 30).

While moving from station to station, for breathers, we performed either 20 count Flutter Kicks or 10 count Merkins. I tried to get Casey to kiss the other guys, but she stays close to me.

After the last pull-up grouping, we headed down the yellow and up the red with a greeting to Hasbro as our paths crossed. Pana left Legionnaire for Hasbro thinking things would be better….

Once up on the field area after red we went straight to the parking lot for some break dancing…. OYO:

Naked Man Moleskin:

All in all we logged almost 2.5 miles with a ton of hard work, hills and sweat. The Witch’s Potion was tough today based on the mumble chatter, although Drumstick never does stop talking! I think his strategy was to try and get YHC to talk to get me into the red zone. Woody pressed hard becoming a jackrabbit on a steady climb. We missed the drama brought on by Cody, Duke and Sadie. No steamers today, but certainly something died up by the work shed area… hope you all come out and play on the 11th!
